**Description**ISP HR Analyst Role ProfilePurpose of RoleIn this role, you will support the organization by analyzing HR data, optimizing processes, and providing insights that contribute to data-driven decision-making across the employee lifecycle. We positively engage with personal and professional development and school improvement.ISP Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR-related data (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, compensation, engagement) to identify trends and improvement areas- Support HR reporting and dashboard creation for internal stakeholders and leadership- Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs- Monitor key HR metrics and ensure data integrity across systems- Provide support in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes- Assist in performance management cycle coordination and tracking- Collaborate with the HR team to support employee engagement initiatives- Participate in salary benchmarking and compensation analysis- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies- Prepare documentation for audits and internal reviewsSkills, Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field- 1-3 years of experience in an HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or similar role.- Experience working with HRIS platforms.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- High attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines- Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive/confidential informationISP Commitment to Safeguarding PrinciplesISP is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.ISP Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging
