By building innovative solutions and future-driven capabilities, we are improving the lives of millions of patients around the world.Mexico City has been selected to be home to Takeda’s recently launched Innovation Capability Center thanks to its international recognition in qualified and experienced talent in the data, digital and technology fields.We invite you to join our digital transformation journey.In this role, you will have the opportunity to boost your skills and become the heart of an innovative engine that is contributing to global impact and improvement.**THE OPPORTUNITY**As a Learning Analyst in Takeda’s ICC, you will help our people learn new skills and ways of working as we transform our organization through data, digital and technology.**Responsibilities**- Leverage a combination of Takeda’s existing learning platforms along with external content sources in the creation of learning to meet business goals and objectives.- Support facilitation of training and scheduling of courses.- Source external content focusing on impact, time commitment, delivery method and cost.- Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, functional peers, embedded DD&T experts, communities of practice, external vendors, and partners to incorporate multiple viewpoints in the creation of learning.- Bring new ideas and perspectives to develop content and the associated materials to deliver learning programs for a diverse global audience.**Required Skills & Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or other relevant work experience.- 5+ years of work experience in learning content that supports the business strategy.- Experience with learning platform and content providers.- Hands-on experience with sourcing, identifying, and maintaining external vendors focused on knowledge of the business impact, costs, and time commitment.- Strong training/mentor/leadership skills.Outstanding communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.- Ability to reach audiences of all levels of a large global organization.- Proficiency in English language**WHAT TAKEDA'S ICC CAN OFFER YOU**At Takeda, you take the lead on building and shaping your own career.Joining the ICC in Mexico City will give you access to high-end technology, continuous training and a diverse and inclusive network of colleagues who will support your career growth.It is our priority to provide competitive compensation and a benefit package that bridges your personal life with your professional career.
