Join us.**Job Description**:- Specific functions:_**Marketing tactics.**- Assist each Manager of building the campaign presentation for each film.- Support in the planning and design, together with the Mkt Unit Managers, the event strategy for releases, workshops, and trainings.- Be part of the selection and monitoring of third parties involved in events, workshops & trainings.- Negotiates services and merchandise and manages relationships with external providers.- Manage the timely delivery of digital materials for exhibitors and media partners.- Manage print material for in-Theater activation.- Warehouse/Warehouse Inventory.**Administrative Process.**- Vendor management process (new vendors set up, POs, payments)- Purchase orders generation in SAP for the different Managers- Ensuring timely preparation and processing of expense reports (CONCUR), tracking and processing of invoices.- Airplane reservation, lodging, and travel logistics, transfer coordination- Administrative support of cost control to the Sr Marketing Manager.- Schedule meetings, conference calls, travel itineraries and arrangements.**Qualifications**:**Skills**:- Ability to work in a cross functional team- Proactive and highly organized.- Teamwork and focus on detail.- Strong verbal and written communication skills (working internationally)- Fluent in English and Spanish.**Qualifications**:- Graduated from Marketing, Communication, Administration, International Business careers o afín.- 1 or 2 years of work experience, success in supporting business, customer, product and/ or marketing plans.- Previous experience in SAP is a plus.Additional InformationNBCUniversal's policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, gender identity or expression, age, national origin or ancestry, citizenship, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy, veteran status, membership in the uniformed services, genetic information, or any other basis protected by applicable law.
