Las Visión de Conjunto:Cordis Corporation designs, manufactures, and commercializes medical devices uses to treat coronary artery disease and peripheral artery disease. Examples of such devices include systems for gaining access to the vasculature, angioplasty catheters, stents and stent delivery systems, and access closure devices. As an R&D engineer you will work in the design, development, and testing of Cardiovascular and Vascular Med Devices. Engineers at Cordis work to solve complex problems to ensure devices meet user needs, and that they are safe and effective for their indicated uses.The Analyst - IT Client Support demonstrates knowledge of client and warehouse hardware, software, operating systems, network configuration, server interaction, diagnostics and troubleshooting.**Responsabilidades**:- Confers with end users, technology teams, and vendors to resolve incidents and fulfill requests. Ability to work independently or via a team collaboration process. Experience providing support via in-person, phone, or remote methods.- Installs/removes/configures hardware and software as required- Demonstrates appropriate interpersonal skills to manage and deliver exceptional customer service. Partners with end users to correlate business requirements to technology solutions (strong business acumen).- Prioritizes effectively and escalates as needed.- Responds to customer needs and services as assigned.- Applies basic concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform routine tasks- Works on projects of limited scope and complexity- Follows established procedures to resolve readily identifiable technical problems- Works under direct supervision and receives detailed instructions- Develops competence by performing structured work assignmentsCalificaciones:Bahcelors Degree required2+ years experience
