**OBJETIVO**

Brindar soporte a los clientes internos vía correo electrónico, chat o telefónicamente, para solucionar problemas relacionados con sistemas, realizar configuraciones e instalaciones y asistir en la implementación de software.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**:
Proporcionar resolución de problemas de primer y segundo nível.

Atender todas las llamadas, correos electrónicos y tickets de soporte de IT entrantes; clasificar los problemas a medida que llegan y dirigirlos a los departamentos correspondientes.

Gestionar el sistema de tickets de soporte IT y ayudar al soporte de IT a cumplir los objetivos del acuerdo de nível de servicio.

Implementar diferentes servicios y software de IT.

Desplegar con antelación las estaciones de trabajo y equipos de las nuevas contrataciones que así lo requieran.

Dar mantenimiento regularmente, supervisar y solucionar problemas de todos los sistemas de las estaciones de trabajo en la empresa.

Instalar, dar mantenimiento, soporte y llevar el inventario del software y hardware de todas las estaciones de trabajo en la Empresa.

Proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente, a los empleados in situ y remotos a través de sesiones telefónicas y/o de escritorio remoto.

Asistir en el desarrollo de la infraestructura de redes y servidores.

Trabajar junto a los miembros del equipo para ayudar a las operaciones en las múltiples ubicaciones tanto en Estados Unidos como en México.

Realizar otras tareas según se le asignen.

**Requisitos**:

- 1 año de experiência en posicion similar
- Nível de Inglés intermedio-avanzado
- Buen manejo de Office
- Experiência en soporte a usuarios
- Creacion de cuentas
- Trato con proveedores
- Manejo de Active Directory

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $1.00 - $2.00 al mes
