**Customer Service****Requisitos**:Edad: De 25 a 45 añosEscolaridad: Licenciatura de Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Comerciales ó carrera afin.Sexo: IndistintoExperiência. 2 años en puestos de planeación, customer service, administrador de demanda. Experiência en manejo de portales electrónicos de clientes.Las funciones a desempeñar son:Actividades- Gestionar las cuentas asignadas en cuanto a documentación, fichas técnicas, seguimiento por correo, solicitud de facturación, citado, etiquetas, muestras e insumos.- Facilitar la información de los pedidos en proceso y por procesar a las gerencias en el tiempo requerido para poder generar el plan de operaciones.- Tener un trato cordial y oportuno con el área de VAS y maquilas para poder resolver dudas que puedan surgir durante el procesamiento de la mercancía.- Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de KAM´s para el seguimiento de las cuentas en cuanto surtido, llegada de mercancía, etiquetado, distribución y lugar de procesamiento.- Dar seguimiento al Fill Rate permitido por cliente.- Conocer las características técnicas y comerciales de los clientes, manuales de proceso y de productos.Habilidades- Alto sentido de responsabilidad y compromiso con la empresa.- Conocimiento de operación logística y citado de clientes.- Buena presentación.- Excelentes relaciones interpersonales.- Trabajo en equipo.- Capacidad analítica.- Conocimiento y operación de ERP, preferentemente SAP.- Organizado.- Dominio del Excel.Ofrecemos:Sueldo $11,000 a $13,000 neto mensual (según experiência)Prestaciones de LeyHorario: Lunes a Viernes de 08:00am a 06:00pmDisponibilidad de HorarioDisponibilidad inmediataZona de trabajo TepotzotlánTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $11,000.00 - $13,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Opción a contrato indefinidoIdioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
