DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.LI-HybridTeam Overview:Role Responsibilities:- Developing SQL codes to answer business questions- Deriving insights from data and supporting the decision making- Interacting with stakeholders to understand the business needs- Giving support for different squads across the CX department- Creating automated solutions to integrate different data sources- Supporting our business partners with data perspective- Validating data and calculation methodologies between different area departmentsRole Qualifications:- Advanced technical skills such as SQL knowledge (Python is a plus)- Advanced/fluent English speaking- Statistical knowledge (R is a plus)- Ability to embrace change in a fast paced environment- Data visualization tools and storytelling skills- Clear communication and the ability to explain data insights to non-data personnelEEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
