Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

**Compensation**:$6-$8/hour**Responsibilities**:- You will conduct further qualification and assessment to make sure that leads are qualified for the service we are offering in that way you can conclude whether or not they can be converted as potential leads or sales.- You will be negotiating with leads & running quotations and ARV, etc.- You have to coordinate with individuals or teams (Sales Lead and/or Cold Callers, Disposition and Transaction team) to ensure smooth sales flow and proper turnover.- You need to manage CRM and leads database and then maintain accuracy.- You have to do a follow-up when necessary until handled by a specific team/department for closing.- (Further discussion of the responsibilities will be done during the interview.)_**Qualifications**:- Must be fluent in English- Must have extensive sales and customer experience- Professional Attitude & fast-paced- Reliable/Accountable- Good work ethic & fully committed**About Company**We're a real estate wholesale investment company.
