Overview:**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:It is responsible for supporting the dissemination of the activities of the departments of the entire Plant, is involved in the planning of campaigns and events of the Human Resources department and the areas that compose it. Edit and update the information for the different dissemination channels, among others.**Responsibilities**:The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing:- Video editing and design- Preserve Graphic evidence (Photos / videos) of company events- Translation of documents- Support in the organization of events- Collect information for company newsletters- Other activities assigned in support of the Human Resources departmentQualifications:- Bachelor in Communication Sciences, Communication and Digital Media, Marketing or related.- 1 - 3 years of experience in the field.- English Language 90%- Knowledge about video editing and design- Use of Adobe programs- MS Office- Experience in events planning- Patience and Tolerance- Availability of Schedule- Good interpersonal relationships- Teamwork- Follow Written and verbal instructions- Ability to work with multiple tasks- Proactive
