You'll manage assigned sales personnel to achieve unit revenues and expense objectives, assign territories to representatives and play your part in negotiations with key customers. As well as managing budget and resources, and developing direct reports, you'll also assist in planning strategy and training sales staff.Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience as a manager, supervisor and/or individual contributor.Requires proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics.Agilent Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
