Leads and directs projects that are highly complex and require high levels of functional integration.He or she will work with members of the business and IT organizations and Service Providers to deliver IT solutions that meet the needs of our customers.**Roles and Responsibilities**Know, understand, and execute projects in accordance with the Project Assessment and Delivery Process (PDP).Using standard project management processes, manage the IT components of solution delivery from FEL1 Business Analysis through Go-Live and Transition.Contribute to delivery of project goals on time, on target, and on budget.Communicate to all stakeholders in a timely, concise manner.Execute the project management processes (i.e. scope mgt., schedule mgt., resource mgt., stakeholder mgt., etc.) under general supervision for medium complexity projects.Communicates to all stakeholders, including senior leaders, in a timely, concise manner.Builds project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops a schedule to ensure timely completion of project.Negotiates and facilitates projects with conflicting direction from sponsors or owners.Executes project management processes (i.e. scope mgt., schedule mgt., resource mgt., stakeholder mgt., etc.) under limited supervision for medium to high complexity projects.**Other Skills and Qualifications**BS degree or equivalent5+ years of IT experience3+ years of formal project management with increasing responsibility and complexityExperience in customer-facing positions**Key Competencies**Technical LearningAction OrientedCustomer FocusEthics and ValuesIntegrity and TrustPerseveranceTime ManagementMotivating OthersDecision QualityStrategic AgilityDealing With AmbiguityTQM/Re-EngineeringListening
