**Yomp Arca Continental**:**Yomp**, empresa de tecnología, perteneciente al grupo- **Arca Continental**, dedicada a ofrecer soluciones tecnológicas y de retail a las tiendas de abarrotes con la finalidad de empoderarlas, tecnificarlas y apoyarlas en su crecimiento y competitividad- **solicita**:**CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST**- Productos Digitales**Misión**:- Definir e implementar de acuerdo a nuestros objetivos de negocio, el conjunto de estrategias, métricas, funcionalidad y usabilidad para lograr la experiência óptima de nuestros usuarios en todos los puntos de contacto digitales con nuestra organización, tales como la plataforma Yomp (PREMIUM Y BIT), página web, y nuestras redes sociales tanto internas como externas.**Responsabilidades**:- Definir, evaluar y determinar el conjunto de estrategias, métricas, funcionalidad y usabilidad para lograr la experiência óptima de nuestros Asociados en todos sus puntos de contacto digital con nuestra organización.- Estandarizar, establecer y definir el Diseño, Funcionalidad, Análisis, Prototipado y Desarrollo de requerimientos para asegurar la experiência óptima de nuestros Asociados con la Plataforma Yomp (Premium) y BIT.- Gestionar, investigar y analizar el relacionamiento con los usuarios a través de workshops, eventos, medios y aplicaciones digitales para poder analizar y medir la eficiencia de los medios digitales y obtener los insights y estudios que nos ayudaran a cumplir con los objetivos de negocio.- Asegurar, ejecutar y ayudar el cumplimiento de los Proyectos Especiales de Estrategia Transformación Digital AC para poder ejecutar su implementación en la aplicación de Yomp.**Escolaridad**:- Diseñador Grafico- Mercadotecnia y Publicidad- UX**Experiência**:- Diseño Grafico- User Experience- Analisis de información- Investigación de mercado
