Datascore.ai's innovative solutions, including LeadScore+, ConnectPro, and QualifAi, help businesses increase their lead quality, reduce acquisition costs, and boost agent productivity by integrating conversational AI to qualify leads and facilitate high-intent customer interactions.**Job Description**:As a Cloud Operations Engineer / SRE, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability, performance, and cost-efficiency of our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with our development teams to architect robust systems, manage cloud deployments, and implement scalable solutions. Your role is critical in maintaining the operational integrity of our services and in driving improvements that enhance our system's reliability and efficiency.**Responsibilities**:- Monitor and manage all aspects of system performance, including availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test, and production environments.- Work with cloud architectures and services to design and implement enhancements and new capabilities.- Implement automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines) to streamline operations.- Conduct post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures to reduce recurrence.- Optimize resource usage and cost across all cloud services, identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing budgeting controls.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience as a Cloud Operations Engineer, SRE, or similar role, with a strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and management tools.- Experience with programming and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Java.- Familiarity with automation and monitoring tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana).- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.- Strong English communication and teamwork skills.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
