**Vacante para la empresa Excelencia Consultores en Recursos Humanos en Coyoacán, Ciudad de México**:Buscamos**Customer Service**con experiência con**clientes de Autoservicio y Departamentales**- Requisitos:_- Experiência Retail comprobable manejando cuentas Retail como Walmart, Liverpool, Coppel, Soriana.- Haber trabajado en compañías con alto volumen de pedidos.- Buen manejo de excel, KPI's y reportes ejecutivos.- Buen manejo de portales Retail, EDI, Carvajal,.- Buen manejo de Facturación SAT 4.0 con Adenda, Excel.- Estudios en Administración, Contabilidad, Comerciales (mínimo bachillerato).- Responsabilidades:_- Recepción diaria de las OC para su procesamiento- Elaboración de tablas de distribución con información de pickeo, empaque, vigencia y distribución.- Revisión de existencias y precios.- Captura de las OC en sistema- Envió de pedido y tablas de distribución a Almacén para surtido- Liberación del pedido con Cuentas por Cobrar (para los casos de crédito)- Recuperación de documentación del pedido para Facturación.- Atención al cliente en: Aclaraciones, Devoluciones, Cambios físicos y seguimiento de entrega.- Administración de productos en catalogo (alta, baja y modificación de productos, precios e información)- Administración de clientes en catalogo (alta, baja y modificación de información)- Elaboración de reportes y captura de información solicitada por contabilidad- Generales:_- Contratación directa con la empresa- Prestaciones de ley- Bono por cumplimiento de objetivos- Zona de trabajo cerca del Metro Miguel A.
