Location : Remote (US/Canada time zones preferred) Compensation & Growth Path Phase 1 (Months 1-3): Ramp Period Base stipend: $500-$1,000/month (based on location & experience) Uncapped commission on all closed deals Purpose: Financial stability while you build pipeline and learn our offerings Phase 2 (Month 4): Performance-Based Transition Competitive base salary ($1,500-$3,000/month) aggressive commission structure Determined by: meetings booked, pipeline built, and deals closed in first 3 months Top performers earn $3,000-$8,000/month total with uncapped upside. We’re hiring a high-performing Business Development Manager who can own the full sales cycle—prospecting → discovery → proposal → close—and confidently sell to North American decision-makers. The Opportunity Join a US-based IT consulting firm at a pivotal moment—you'll be the founding member of our North American sales team, building our client portfolio and sales infrastructure from scratch. This is a leadership role disguised as a sales position. What makes this different: Own the entire sales process: prospecting → discovery → proposal → close Shape sales strategy and processes as we scale Work with a trademarked firm serving North American clients with global delivery capabilities Direct impact on company growth = direct impact on your compensation What You'll Do: Target SMBs, startups, and eCommerce brands across US/Canada Drive outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, calls) using Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo Qualify prospects, lead discovery calls, and close deals Build proposals, handle objections, and maintain CRM pipeline (HubSpot/Pipedrive) Report weekly on activity and closed revenue What You'll Sell: Web/mobile development, Shopify/WordPress builds, digital marketing services, startup MVP support, and IT infrastructure solutions—tailored to each prospect's needs.
