El practicante se involucrará en una variedad de proyectos y actividades, desde apoyar al equipo de recursos humanos y a los líderes empresariales utilizando nuestros diversos sistemas de recursos humanos, hasta ayudar con los esfuerzos de capacitación y educación.Habrá oportunidades para participar en la coordinación/gestión de proyectos. El practicante tendrá la oportunidad de establecer contactos con líderes empresariales y compañeros de trabajo en su ubicación y en toda la región. Estarán capacitados para identificar áreas de mejora y crecimiento y se les desafiará a aportar su creatividad e innovación para ayudarnos a mejorar continuamente lo que hacemos.El practicante apoyará las actividades de reclutamiento y contratación de personal operativo.**What do you get to do in this position?**In this exciting role the intern will gain exposure to various aspects of the employee experience from Talent Acquisition (recruiting) to Rewards (compensation) to Talent Development. The intern will get involved in a range of projects and activities - from supporting the HR team and business leaders using our various HR systems, to assisting with training and education efforts.There will be opportunities to get involved on ad-hoc project coordination/management. The intern will have opportunities to network with business leaders and co-workers at their location and across the region.
