This role mirrors the core responsibilities of our operations staff but requires a seasoned professional who is execution-ready, demonstrates strong leadership, and consistently drives team performance and operational efficiency.- A natural leader with a proactive mindset, capable of managing a remote team under pressure and solving problems on the spot.- Strong operational background in logistics, dispatch, or transportation, with a passion for execution and improvement.- Comfortable leading through Zoom and digital communication platforms throughout the shift, with a sharp eye for both the small details and the bigger picture.**Schedule and Training**- Can work on any US hours (CST).- Paid training is provided upon successful completion.**Key Responsibilities**- Organize and manage digital workspaces to ensure a productive remote environment. Guide associates in optimizing procedures and provide direction on best practices.- Own the creation and refinement of remote work policies and SOPs. Ensure adoption and compliance across the team to enhance productivity and consistency.- Oversee the distribution of internal and external communications via Telegram and other platforms, ensuring timely responses and alignment across teams.- Act as the escalation point for Zoom communications with drivers, customers, and team members to address issues, resolve challenges, and provide leadership in real time.- Supervise the creation and maintenance of digital records in Excel and Loadstop. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and coach staff on record-keeping standards.- Monitor and direct route planning using Samsara and Loadstop. Make executive decisions on dispatch adjustments to meet customer deadlines and improve efficiency.- Ensure timely and accurate updates are delivered to customers. Handle escalations professionally and foster lasting client relationships through transparency and reliability.- Schedule and lead virtual meetings to align cross-functional efforts, ensuring goals are met and operations remain smooth and efficient.- Monitor digital tool access and functionality. Collaborate with IT to address shortages and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.- Generate, review, and distribute performance and delivery reports. Use data to recommend improvements and inform decision-making.- Respond decisively to remote work disruptions or logístical issues.
