You will collaborate with BDRs, Solution Engineers, and Product to qualify prospects, guide them through the sales cycle, and close opportunities.**Key Responsibilities**- Own and manage SQLs passed from BDRs.- Qualify stakeholders, procurement workflows, and technical needs.- Deliver product walkthroughs with SEs and guide prospects through the sales cycle.- Build pricing proposals, licensing models, and deal structures.- Negotiate contracts, timelines, and value-based solutions.- **Identify, target, and hunt for new accounts in assigned regions.**:- Maintain forecasting and opportunity tracking in Salesforce.- Share win/loss insights and customer feedback internally.**What We’re Looking For**- 2-4 years in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure sales.- Proven success in **closing new business and acquiring accounts**.- Experience selling IaaS, storage, virtualization, or edge solutions (preferred).- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, quoting tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.- General understanding of virtualization, storage (VMs, KVM, VMware, S3), and licensing models.- **Spanish speaker located in LATAM or NAM to cover the regions****Success Metrics**- Win rate (SQL-to-Closed-Won).- Revenue closed against targets.- Average deal size & sales cycle duration.- Forecast accuracy.- **Number of new logos acquired.****Why Join Us**- Be part of a **global sales team** driving hybrid cloud growth.- Work with innovative **cloud and virtualization technologies**.- Collaborate with **service providers, telcos, and hosting leaders worldwide**.- Clear career path into Senior AE, Sales Manager, or Strategic Account roles.**What We Offer**- Flexible hours and remote work options- Share Options - everyone shares in our success with share options- We help our team get private medical insurance- Supportive, engineering-driven culture with mínimal bureaucracy- The chance to influence how the market changes- A smart, friendly team that values reliability, simplicity, and automation- Depending on your location and preferred employment method, other perks and benefits apply
