**Responsibilities**:- Strategic sourcing of passive and diverse talent in Mexico and the United States- Build and maintain a network of talent using our ATS and CRM (Greenhouse)- Recommend ideas and strategies related to sourcing and talent attraction that will contribute to the growth of the company- Partner cross functionally with HR, TA and Business Teams to communicate and execute on sourcing initiatives- Drive and participate in talent attraction project that establish an "employer of choice" reputation for the company**Qualifications/Experience**:- Bachelor's Degree is highly desired but relevant experience will be considered- 2+ years of experience recruiting or sourcing talent for Software and Engineering vacancies (Cloud, Data, DevOps, Mobile, Front-End, Back-End, Full Stack, Leadership)- Experience working with an ATS or CRM, familiarity with Greenhouse is highly desired- Experience with social media marketing and branding- Global recruiting or sourcing experience- Strong verbal and written communication skills and highly organized- Proactive attitude towards your work, go-getter, problem solver- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high change environment- Collaborative, team player with high standards and ethics**About Brightcove**As the industry leader in this space, we empower our customers to deliver top-notch video experiences to audiences on every screen in bold and innovative ways.
