Como **ANALISTA DE SOPORTE TÉCNICO BILINGÜE **brindaras soporte de hardware y software a nuestros clientes ubicados en Estados Unidos y Canadá, dicho soporte se realiza mediante teléfono, correo electrónico y chat.Algunas de tus **funciones **incluyen, pero no estan limitadas a:- Restablecimiento de contraseñas- Instalación de Software- Creación de cuentas a usuarios/empleados- Manejo de Active Directory- Manejo y soporte a aplicaciones de MS Office- Administración y seguimiento de tickets- Entre otras.**Eres IDEAL para esta posición si**:- Hablas Inglés Avanzado- Cuentas con disponibilidad de horario (6:00 am - 10:00 pm)- Al menos 1 año de experiência y/o conocimiento de Technical Support- Estabilidad Laboral**Nosotros ofrecemos**:- $12,000 MXN brutos mensuales vía nómina- Contrato directo con CompuCom- 2 dias de Descanso a la semana- Bono de Internet- Home office (Temporal) - Necesario vivir en CDMX o Area Metropolitana**Prestaciones Superiores a las de Ley despues del 3er mes**:- Seguro de Vida- Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores- Seguro Dental- 30 Días de Aguinaldo- $ 1,200 MX en Vales de Despensa (adicional a tu sueldo cada mes)- $ 2,282 MX en Vales de Restaurante (adicional a tu sueldo cada mes)- Fondo de Ahorro 10%- 9 Paid Time Off al año (acorde a las políticas vigentes)**SI ESTA VACANTE ES DE TU INTERES PUEDES APLICAR POR ESTE MEDIO**- CompuCom se compromete a proporcionar igualdad de oportunidades de empleo en todas las prácticas de empleo.
