We oversee every step from acquisitions to repairs, with one mission: shaping the future of affordable housing.**Role Summary**The Maintenance Coordinator is the scheduling and communication hub for our Service Team. You’ll manage the full work-order lifecycle in our maintenance software—from intake and prioritization to scheduling, resident/vendor coordination, monitoring progress, and closing jobs with complete documentation.**What You’ll Do**- **Work Orders**: Review requests, set priorities, and ensure details (location, description, photos, access) are complete.- **Scheduling**: Build maintenance tech/vendor calendars, cluster jobs geographically, and manage recurring maintenance.- **Communication**: Provide clear updates to residents, managers, and technicians; send reminders and building-wide notices.- **Monitoring & Close-Out**: Track progress, handle rescheduling, verify completion, and close tickets with notes/photos.- **Vendor Coordination**: Schedule qualified vendors and ensure documentation is attached.- **Reporting**: Keep system data clean, surface recurring issues, and highlight capacity gaps.**Qualifications**- 1-3+ years in dispatching, maintenance coordination, facilities, or field service operations.- Proficiency with work-order software, Google Workspace- Strong communication and multitasking skills; calm, professional phone presence.- Basic knowledge of residential maintenance categories.- Detail-oriented with disciplined documentation.**Key Outcomes**- **Acknowledgment**: 100% of new orders same day.- **Scheduling SLAs**: Emergencies immediate; Urgent ≤24h; Routine 2-5 days.- **Reschedules**: Clear reason, two options, all parties notified.- **Close-Out**: 95%+ completed orders closed same day with full documentation.- **Calendar**: Balanced workloads, mínimal double-booking.**Work Environment**- Remote-first; occasional site/vendor visits.- Home office with reliable internet/laptop.- High call/message volume—requires professionalism.**Perks & Benefits**- Flexible schedule, remote-friendly.- Growth opportunities in a fast-growing company.- Collaborative, innovative culture.Pay: $150.00 - $200.00 per hourWork Location: RemoteExpected Start Date: 16/09/2025
