Work Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM (CST)

Salary Range: $1,600 - $2,000 USD

What You Will Do:

  • Tech-Savvy Support: Utilize and manage various CRMs and other tools to optimize partner performance and streamline operations.
  • Partner Onboarding: Guide new restaurant partners through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can execute brand standards.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, positive relationships with restaurant partners, regularly checking in to ensure their needs are met.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer issues and operational challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on partner performance metrics, offering additional support or training as needed.
  • Communication: Serve as the liaison between restaurant partners and internal teams, ensuring clear communication.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing insights on partner performance and identifying potential upsell opportunities.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for partners on new processes or updates.

What You Bring:

  • Experience:
  • 2+ years as an Account Manager in the technology industry .
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service .
  • Strong background in troubleshooting and problem-solving for clients .
  • Experience using and managing various CRMs and other digital tools .
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
