Welcome to the beginning of your CR England experience.CR England is one of the largest refrigerated transport companies in the Americas, with around 500 clients and 100 years of experience in the global market.Due to our exponential growth in our Shared Services Center, we are looking for our next **Lead Generation Specialist** bases in **Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico****Activities**:- Responsible for working closely with the Enterprise Development team in identifying, researching, cross-referencing and cold calling on potential companies that would be a good fit for our network.- CRM management for Enterprise Development - accounts, contacts, opportunities/pipeline, data reconciliation & advanced find query management- Assist the Director, Commercial Sales as needed with our marketing strategy.- Achieve goal of 250 touches a week (100 from phone calls) to potential customers/contacts- Stay up to date on industries/verticals and market trends that we are targeting potential customers.**Important**:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat)- Ability to work with Microsoft Office programs, CRM such as Dynamics and Zoho- Ability to manage multiple operating systems- Excellent consultative selling phone skills**Benefits**:- Mexican Law Benefits**Additional Benefits**:- Food coupons $600°°MXN- Medical Insurance- Punctuality bonus- Savings funds- Productivity Bonus- CommissionsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividad- Bono de puntualidadIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Remote
