We seek a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help drive business growth by identifying and connecting with potential clients. This role is ideal for someone resourceful, organized, and confident in initiating outreach. You’ll be responsible for building prospect lists, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for successful sales conversations—all while using Zoho CRM, Google Business Suite, and RingCentral as your primary tools.**This is a freelance position** with the flexibility to work **full-time or part-time**. Compensation is **$100 MXN per hour**.**Tasks and responsibilities**- Research and identify new business opportunities using online tools and industry databases.- Build and manage prospect lists, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information in Zoho CRM.- Set appointments or transfer qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies.- Track engagement and maintain detailed records of communication and lead progress.- Add 100- 150 leads per day**Qualifications**- 1+ year of experience in lead generation, sales, or related role.- Proficiency with technology- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting**Requirements**:- Reside in Mexico- Laptop or desktop computer you’d use to work, ensuring that it has a working camera.- Your device must have at least 8GB of RAM and run on an Intel Core i3 processor (4th generation) or higher. Additionally, it should be operating on Windows 10 or higher, or MacOS 13 or higher.- You must have an internet connection of at least 20 MB download and 5 MB upload.- You must have an enabled antivirus on your computer.**About us**Anequim is a Mexican company founded in 2017 that hires professionals from various fields to work remotely with clients in the United States and Canada.
