Work with a focus on key accounts and channels with national/regional operations.You'll work closely with multi-functional teams as finance, marketing and operations.**What You Will Do**- Develop with the Key Account Manager, sell thru and sell out strategy.- Review the KPI´s: forecast, fill rate, inventories, sales analysis.- Create strategic business plans to plan for overall revenue and unit targets, as well as individual product category targets and review with KAM.- Participate in the design and execution of the go to market strategy with regular and periodic tracking and reporting.- Liaise with internal groups to optimize marketing dollars and activities for maximum brand exposure and growth.- Inventory control at distributors in Mexico.- Sample output control for MKT and commercial.**What You Need to Be Successful**- Marketing degree, Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, International Business or similar.- English able to maintain business conversation and prepare documents.- Knowledge of Excel, Pivots, SKU and others.**Bonus Points if You Have**- 1 or 2 years of experience in retail.- Knowledges in sell thru strategies.- Knowledges in Imports.- Analytics and Numerical Skills.- Marketing and Merchandising.- CE Industry Experience preferable.**What Makes You Eligible**- Be willing to travel, if necessary.- Be willing to work in an office in Mexico City in a hybrid scheme.- Due to the nature of global infrastructure, you understand that flexibility in working hours is required.- Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment**What We Offer**- Flexible work environment, allowing for full-time remote work globally for positions that can be performed outside a HARMAN or customer location- Access to employee discounts on world-class Harman and Samsung products (JBL, HARMAN Kardon, AKG, etc.)- Extensive training opportunities through our own HARMAN University- Competitive wellness benefits- Tuition reimbursement- “Be Brilliant” employee recognition and rewards program- An inclusive and diverse work environment that fosters and encourages professional and personal development**You Belong Here**HARMAN is committed to making every employee feel welcomed, valued, and empowered.
