Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.CNS Market Operations is enabling the Go to Market (GtM) units to achieve their business objectives - supporting from opportunity to invoice with pre-sales support, market procurement, customer demand, order management and delivery execution.**What you will learn and contribute to**The Market Business Operations and Performance excellence manager is key contributor to Market Operations performance, operational excellence, and transformation success.He/She will need to lead the O2C process implementation & improvement, the performance management and digital transformation activities in the market respective Market, including drive, develop and inspires teams, being fully responsible for defining and executing given tasks of continuous improvement/transformation in his/her field of expertise and providing training and team best practices sharing. Identify, report, and resolve KPI gaps and barriers to performance. Setting performance objectives and all related follow ups and reporting.Key responsibilities:- Implement and execute O2C strategy in the Market- Instill forwards-looking mindset through strategic thinking- Manages O2C transformation and optimization programs in the market in collaboration with Lead Project and Program Managers from CNS SC, GBS, CFO & xBG- Owns market Mode of Operation and Governance for O2C, Organizational development programs and resource plans in alignment with CNS OPS & Supply Chain- Acts as Market Business Continuity Management and Risk Management Coordinator in the market- Acts as a quality manager for all SC process quality topics, drives Root Cause Analysis and actions based on customer engagement survey results/WSs- Act as Market S&OP manager, to ensure full alignment with the market Demand & Risk Management function- Coordinate’s communications in the market - maintain SharePoint sites, Yammer groups, facilitate All Hands Calls- Supports Competence Development plan, drives CoDe implementation based on CNS OPS, Market Operations & Supply Chain Competence Management strategy- Supports the MO team in understanding and steering the operations performance- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI) systematically, proactively drive and propose improvement actions for continuous improvement (CI) of the processes and performance- Implement governance (e.g.: Organize and facilitate the market monthly performance review meetings) in alignment with CNS Supply Chain Performance Management to use KPIs/data to help business steering and facilitate data driven interlocks between supply chain units, market GBC, GBS & CFO- Support MO LT and CSuMs in understanding and steering the operations performance of their CT and in driving continuous improvement practices- Ensure transparent and reliable data and propose measures to improve the KPIs- Review the project asset and provide optimization plan in alignment with services and F&C- Facilitate annual planning process and target setting (from execution perspective)- Best practice sharing from another markets & BGs- Drive digitalization and automation programs in market- Main interface towards BPO & GBS- Ensuring agreed KPI’s achieved through continuous monitoring- Timely updates and feedback preparation for Operational progress/Downtime/New developmentsDeliverables:- Drives O2C programs and OM improvement initiatives in the market- Drives automation and digitalization in the Market- Drive performance management and improvements in the market- Own annual target setting for all market O2C roles- Provide feedback to global on the issues and the created actions to improve- Manage analysis & comments on O2C KPIs and finalize/drive improvement actions- Manage SOX governance- Act as project manager or participate as specialist in O2C RCA and improvement projects- Identify and flag key focus areas in end-to-end process- Implement KPIs Dashboard- Manage reporting as per stakeholders’ requirements e.g., standardized order status report, inventory report, invoicing report etc.- Support and provide feedback to Market Operations head for an efficient O2C setup and operations in the market- Manage GBS a
