Property Management Operations Specialist | U.S. Based Company

Remote US based company Full time | Paid in USD We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who excels in building structure, leading teams and improving processes. The ideal candidate has strong experience creating SOPs, managing KPIs and ensuring smooth property management operations. This role requires ownership, strategic thinking and excellent communication. Responsibilities • Build, document and refine SOPs and workflows • Ensure policies and processes meet company and legal standards • Track KPIs, maintain metrics and prepare performance reports • Oversee staffing needs and support onboarding • Improve operational efficiency across departments • Coordinate with maintenance, leasing and admin teams • Maintain strong communication with tenants, vendors and owners • Support leadership with planning and operational strategy • Exposure to marketing strategies or campaigns is a plus Requirements • Strong background in SOP development and process improvement • Experience in property management operations is required • Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi) • Strong analytical and KPI reporting skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to lead, prioritize and work independently • Background in project management or workflow documentation • Experience with CRM tools and dashboards Why join us • 100% Remote - work from anywhere • $15 usd /Hr • Long term stability • High impact role with real ownership
