We are dedicated to helping Higher Ed thrive by transforming their institutions to agile, digitally connected campuses that enable student success.About the Opportunity:**Where you will make an impact**- Execute specific aspects related to service delivery and deployment of our Banner Human Resources solution through planned engagements with our higher education customers.- Collaborate with consulting teams and peers to ensure customer and Ellucian project expectations are exceeded.- Assist with the deployment and support needs related to partner solutions in this module space.- Identify and remediate issues that impede functional performance of the module supported.- Proactively prepare for and deliver high quality implementation consulting services with precision, timeliness, and professionalism.- Consult with customers to drive their performance improvement and empower them to own and correct problems.- Be motivated to deeply understand ERP mechanics and thereby capitalize on all available and/or extensible ERP functionality for the benefit of customers as well as Ellucian solution improvements.- Success will be measured by customer satisfaction, achievement of project goals, and utilization targets.**What you will bring**- 1+ years of experience with human resources softwares or ERP- Experience working with cloud- or SaaS- based solutions- Understanding of U.S Human Resource Management- Consulting competency- Ability to communicate with client team members/stakeholders and to project leaders both internally and externally.- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
