With a commitment to efficiency and excellence, we leverage modern technology and experienced professionals to deliver responsive, reliable, and scalable management solutions.**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Assess and prioritize issues, assigning work orders to the right vendors or in-house staff.- Coordinate and schedule repairs, ensuring contractors show up on time and are properly briefed.- Keep tenants updated during repairs and follow up to confirm the issue was resolved.- Share updates, photos, and tenant feedback with property owners.- Review, track, and process contractor invoices with accurate documentation.- Educate tenants on how to submit clear, complete requests with photos or videos.- Organize and consolidate work orders to improve scheduling and reduce service costs.- Monitor vendor performance and flag recurring issues or delays.- Assist with compliance tasks, such as scheduling inspections or tracking required repairs.- Maintain strong, proactive communication with property owners and tenants.**Skills**:- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent phone handling and active listening abilities.- Ability to handle different personalities with patience and professionalism.- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Proficiency in Buildium, and/or AppFolio (or similar property management software).- Highly organized and detail-oriented.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree preferred.- 2+ years of property management or maintenance coordination experience required.- Fluent in English (written and spoken) required.- High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)- Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)**Physical Setting**:Remote**Schedule**:Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm EST (1hr lunch)Pay: $18,885.00 - $20,775.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- property management: 2 years (required)**Language**:- advanced/C2 English (required)Work Location: Remote
