As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in the sales team by owning both inbound and outbound pre-sales activities. You will be responsible for managing, qualifying, and nurturing inbound leads, as well as proactively identifying and engaging outbound prospects. Your goal is to generate qualified sales opportunities and schedule meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team, contributing directly to overall pipeline growth as a pre-sales owner. Location: Remote Salary range: Flexible Key Responsibilities: Inbound Lead Management Respond to and manage inbound leads from various sources, including the company website, email inquiries, chat, and marketing campaigns Ensure timely and professional follow-up in line with SLA expectations Outbound Prospecting Identify, research, and engage outbound prospects through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other sales outreach channels Execute outbound campaigns targeting defined ICPs and markets Personalize outreach based on prospect needs, company context, and use cases Cold Calling Conduct outbound cold calls to potential prospects to introduce solutions, identify needs, and qualify opportunities Confidently handle objections and maintain a professional, consultative approach on calls Lead Qualification Assess and qualify inbound and outbound leads based on needs, budget, authority, and timing Determine readiness for a sales conversation and appropriate next steps Lead Nurturing Develop and execute strategies to engage and nurture leads until they are sales-ready Maintain structured follow-ups to drive engagement and conversion Appointment Setting Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team Ensure smooth handover with clear qualification notes and context CRM & Sales Tools Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system regarding lead interactions, status, and activity Use sales and outreach tools to manage pipelines, sequences, and prospecting efforts Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on inbound and outbound strategies Share insights on lead quality, objections, and market feedback Reporting & Performance Tracking Provide regular reports on inbound and outbound activities, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution Track KPIs and SLAs such as response time, meetings booked, SQLs, and outreach performance Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory) Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong research, qualification, and analytical skills Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, Apollo, HeyReach, Lemlist, or similar Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Fluency in English, spoken and written Fluency in Spanish, spoken and written Preferred Skills & Experience: Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, or similar role Proven experience with cold calling Knowledge of sales techniques, outreach strategies, and objection handling Experience using sales and marketing automation tools Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent and professional Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven mindset Fluent knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus Benefits: Competitive commission structure Performance-based incentives Professional growth and career progression opportunities International and collaborative work environment Join our team at Native Teams, a fast-growing global start-up.
