**Sales Development Representative**Location: On-site in Condesa, Mexico City (Hybrid eligible after 3 months)Compensation: $3,500 USD/month base + uncapped commissionType: Independent Contractor | Full-Time (40 hrs/week)**About Us**At **Strategy Ladders**, we’re a high-performance consulting firm that helps high-potential companies ($5M-$25M in revenue) scale through consulting, staffing, marketing, and financial management. We are a global, fast-paced, and collaborative team with a strong focus on growth and impact.**Job Overview**We are seeking a **Sales Development Representative** to drive outbound sales and build pipelines through cold outreach, proposals, and direct prospecting. This is a full-cycle sales role, working closely with leadership and marketing to refine strategies and close deals.**Responsibilities**- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls- Prepare proposals and manage follow-ups until close- Maintain CRM/ATS accuracy and track outreach activity- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and outreach campaigns- Stay up to date on market trends and competitor offerings**Requirements**:- 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience (agency/service-based sales a strong plus)- Advanced English (Spanish is a bonus, not required)- Strong communication and relationship-building skills- Resilient, creative, and action-oriented mindset- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Bullhorn, Google Workspace, Slack, Upwork**What We Offer**- $3,500 USD/month base salary + uncapped commission- On-site in Condesa with **paid parking**:- Hybrid flexibility after 3 months (based on performance)- Direct mentorship with CEO & CMO- Clear growth path with potential to lead an outbound sales team- Modern office environment and collaborative cultureTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 al mesExperiência:- Sales B2B: 3 años (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
