Providing information for forecasts and planning, analyzes market conditions, building and maintaining effective network of stakeholders. Spotting lead opportunities, negotiates proposals, and eventually coordinating the realization of assignments. Implementing business and product marketing campaigns for assigned market as appropriate. Acting as a point of contact to customers in all commercial matters, and thus ensures that VISHAY is perceived as global market leader with excellent and leading edge products and services. Also in some regions: Taking care for quality issues identified with the client, clarifying issues and initiating solvation. A manager at this level: Leads a dedicated local sales team in a territory (local) area assigned. Takes and follow up on clearly defined budgets, sales targets and measures. Manages the sales processes, and ensure sales staff is following the given guidelines. Manages stakeholder and customer contacts or claims accountably, as first escalation instance. Applies all standards and align local sales processes or procedures when appropriate.
