We are AMS. This is what we do. Talent is our world.**The Role**:Senior Recruiters will be aligned to high touch client business units or stakeholder groups that require additional attention. This may be in the form of more rounds of interviews, more data/insight led consultation, more complex offer negotiation, intricate reward structures or interfacing with more senior hiring managers. They will follow a high touch workflow investing more time at each stage of the recruitment process than a Recruiter.Reports to Team Leader or Manager - Client Services**We're currently looking for an on-site Senior Recruiter located in **Monterrey****Key Accountabilities**:- Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with Senior hiring managers/stakeholders. Independent execution of the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services to them, providing counsel, advising through insight and SME knowledge on the recruitment process and ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and met- Lead discussion on attraction strategies, working with Sourcing and hiring managers to correctly identify approach based on market and hiring demands- Make recommendations for best fit and skills profile, coaching hiring managers on what may or may not be achievable- Monitor funnel metrics in partnership with Sourcing to ensure bottlenecks are identified and addressed ahead of time- Coach and mentor Recruiters, Sourcers and Administrators on best practice approaches and client culture, supporting them in achieving success in their roles- Take full ownership to ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements- Lead vacancy consultation discussions in partnership with the Sourcer to agree the recruitment plans with hiring managers- this includes role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI requirements, pay range, agreed timeframes, responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process- Support the hiring manager with hiring decisions**Skills & Experience**:- Knowledge in at least one market sector. Finance is highly desirable.- Experience of developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet client requirements- Expert in behavioural / competency-based interviewing- Experience of working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs- Experience of producing business orientated management information- Able to demonstrate a broader understanding of the clients business and strategies and how they influence AMS Service Delivery- Able to act autonomously, potentially responsible for own business areas on a standalone basis- Thorough understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors)- Understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors)AMS offers you career opportunities in every direction you want to explore.
