**Job Title**:Senior Recruiter**Function/Department**:HR**Reports to**:Americas, Talent Acquisition**FLSA**:Exempt***As a Corporate Recruiter on Vertiv’s Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to our Americas Region. You will collaborate across the organization with other recruiters, hiring managers and leaders to build teams in a way that is consistent with our strategic priorities and behaviors.**Responsibilities**:- Play a critical role in the growth and transformation of the Americas Region in Monterrey- Help build Talent Acquisition expertise through relationships, processes, and technology- Manage full cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions- Collaborate with HR and leadership on recruiting strategy and to achieve Company goals- Demonstrate success in hiring talent within corporate functions such as finance, IT, marketing, HR, legal, etc.)- Contribute to teamwork and sharing knowledge inside the TA team and HR organization- Be innovative: Share your own ideas within the team to drive continuous improvement, examine each process and task with the goal of constantly providing increasing value to the customer- Own your job: Approach your daily work and customers with ethics, responsibility, discipline and ownership, knowing that everything you do has an impact on the customer, the company and your development- Define and build programs that address and support the business from a talent perspective, lead through a sales and consultative approach- Foster a data driven organization and leverage metrics/trends to drive results**Education, Skills and Experience**:- 3-5 years’ minimum Full Cycle Recruitment on a regional or national level, preferably in both 3rd party and corporate environments- Experience in high volume recruiting- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Adept at setting and prioritizing your own work to perform the role successfully- Excellent communication skills with key stakeholders to create buy-in- Ability to gather data, analyze and present findings to various audiences- Perform within a highly transformative fast paced environment**_OUR STRATEGIC PRIORITIES _**- _Customer Focus _- _Operational Excellence _- _High-Performance Culture _- _Innovation _- _Financial Strength**_OUR BEHAVIORS _**- _Be self-aware and learn _- _Embrace the customer experience _- _Think and act broadly _- _Drive change and innovation _- _Leverage diversity for organization effectiveness _- _Foster collaborative relationships _- _Take intelligent risks**_Work Authorization _**- No calls or agencies please.
