For more information, please visit Technical and Functional Support: Provide first and second-level support to SAP users. Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues in implemented SAP modules. Escalate complex issues to appropriate specialists when necessary. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SAP modules according to business requirements. Collaborate with development teams to implement customized solutions. Incident and Problem Management: Record and manage incidents and problems in the ticket management system. Ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents. Training and Documentation: Train end‑users on SAP usage and best practices. Create and maintain user documentation and procedure manuals. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in business processes and SAP utilization. Propose and implement enhancements and optimizations in the system. Projects and Upgrades: Participate in SAP implementation and upgrade projects. Conduct functionality and regression testing to ensure changes do not negatively impact the system.
