For more information, please visit RESPONSIBILITIES Provide first and second‑level support to SAP users. Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues in implemented SAP modules. Escalate complex issues to appropriate specialists when necessary. Configure and customize SAP modules according to business requirements. Collaborate with development teams to implement customized solutions. Record and manage incidents and problems in the ticket management system. Ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents. Train end‑users on SAP usage and best practices. Create and maintain user documentation and procedure manuals. Identify opportunities for improvement in business processes and SAP utilization and propose and implement enhancements and optimizations in the system. Participate in SAP implementation and upgrade projects. Conduct functionality and regression testing to ensure changes do not negatively impact the system.
