Technical and Functional Support: - Provide first and second-level support to SAP users. - Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues in implemented SAP modules. - Escalate complex issues to appropriate specialists when necessary.2. Configuration and Customization: - Configure and customize SAP modules according to business requirements. - Collaborate with development teams to implement customized solutions.3. Incident and Problem Management: - Record and manage incidents and problems in the ticket management system. - Ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents.4. Training and Documentation: - Train end-users on SAP usage and best practices. - Create and maintain user documentation and procedure manuals.5. Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for improvement in business processes and SAP utilization. - Propose and implement enhancements and optimizations in the system.6.
