The Functionary partners with retailers, OEMs, and distributors to provide support solutions to customers needing help with customer support, e-commerce operations, setup, connectivity, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, and cloud services. The Functionary has handled over 5 million support requests, delivering market-leading customer satisfaction scores, to empower customers to get the help they need when they need it.**Responsibilities**:- Respond to inbound calls for order placement- Upsell and cross-sell additional items- Answer inquiries via phone while maintaining and updating the customer database- Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to the customer needs- Be creative and go above and beyond when assisting our customers- Accurate and efficient order entry and maintenance of customer files- Ask probing questions and overcome objectionsMandatory requirements- Associate degree or higher (preferred) or equivalent level of related experience (growth).- 1 Year experience in customer service within a call center setting.- Excellent communication skills necessary.- Attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to process complex cases that require some independent judgment, performed under general supervision using department procedures and work instructions.- Must be flexible to work within operating hours and cover weekends when needed.We offer- International work environment.- Full-time, long-term, full time long term position.- Growth opportunities within a staffing, multinational company.- Great work environment.- Salary above market standards.*Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Medio tiempoSalario: $9,817.00 - $14,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Vales de despensaHorario:- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- servicio al cliente: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
