**Paralegal - Law Office - Remote, Work From Home**- **$25,000 - $35,000 MXN Monthly**:- **Full-time, remote position**:- **Company in USA**:- **Opportunities for growth**Interstaff LLC is a global staffing company searching for a **qualified Paralegal - Law Office - Remote.****Job Summary**:**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Draft, review, and edit a variety of estate/probate related legal documents, including but not limited to wills, trusts, probate petitions, and estate administration documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.- Demonstrate and stay up to date on estate and probate laws, regulations, and relevant statutes.- Conduct thorough legal research on federal and state estate and probate laws, recent case precedents, regulations, and legal articles to support attorneys in case preparation and legal strategy.- Assist attorneys by organizing case files, maintaining documentation, tracking deadlines, and ensuring compliance with court procedures.- Maintain regular communication with clients, update them on case progress, gather necessary information, and ensure timely responses to inquiries.- Provide assistance in preparing for hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings, including organizing exhibits and compiling necessary documentation.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent in paralegal studies or a related field.- Law degree or paralegal certification preferred.- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong background in **Estate / Probate Law in Florida**.- Proficiency in drafting legal documents with high attention to detail and accuracy.- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant estate and probate laws and regulations.- Strong legal research skills and familiarity with legal databases and resources.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools and software.- Familiarity with estate planning and probate case management systems.- Speak English at a B2 level or above**Working From Home**:- Fluent in spoken and written English- Good American accent- Quiet home office work environment- Willing to work in US PST time zone- Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet back-up available- Dependable electricity with power back-up available- At least 8-gen i3 processors, 8GB RAM, and Windows or MAC, SSD DiscThis is an excellent opportunity for determined professionals who are driven by goals and would like to grow their careers in a work-from-home setup.Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to work 8am - 5pm PST Monday through Friday?- What kind of law practice experience do you have, in the USA?
