Proveedor mundial de repuestos para automóviles, se encuentra en busqueda del siguiente perfil:SERVICE DESKFUNCIONESDara soporte de primer nível a usuarios de America y Europa en un ambiente bilingüe (ingles y español).Ejecutar de manera experta el proceso de gestión de incidentes y solicitudes de servicio.Atender los canales de servicio (teléfono, chat, cola de solicitudes) de acuerdo a los protocolos establecidos.Asegurar que los incidentes se resuelvan lo antes posible de acuerdo a las prioridades.Asegurar que las solicitudes de servicio se atiendan lo antes posible.Dar soporte de nível 1 a 1.5 a usuarios relacionados a los servicios de TI.Ser un canal de comunicación y enlace entre las áreas de TI.Dar soporte a los procesos de gestión de cambios y problemas.Documentar y popular la base de conocimientos.EXPERIENCIA DE 3 AÑOS CON LAS SIGUIENTES HERRAMIENTASSoporte bilingue remoto via telefónica o herramientas de colaboracion (Skype, Teams),soporte de 2do níveluso de active directorysoporte técnico a PC, LAPTOP E IMPRESORAS.OFRECEMOSContratacion inmediataSueldo $25,000 mensuales libresPresatciones de leyHorario rotativo al mesIndispensable contar con el idioma ingles avanzado (se hara entrevista)Vivir unicamente en MonterreyTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $25,000.00 al mesHorario:- De guardia- Turno de 10 horasEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- service desk: 3 años (Obligatorio)- Active Directory: 3 años (Obligatorio)- soporte tecnico bilingue: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- ingles avanzado (Obligatorio)
