Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager focused on SaaS POS solutions for restaurants. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving customer retention, and fostering long‑term relationships with clients. Day‑to‑day tasks include implementing and onboarding new clients, providing support, analyzing customer feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working closely with teams to enhance the overall customer experience. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are met with Paloma POS's innovative solutions. Qualifications Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Strong skills in Relationship Building and Customer Retention to foster client success Analytical Skills to gather, analyze, and utilize customer feedback effectively Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal abilities Network Troubleshooting Experience in SaaS platforms, POS systems, or the food service industry is a plus Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with cross‑functional teams Proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus Bachelor's degree in Technology or Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
