This role will be instrumental in scaling acquisition efforts, developing tailored messaging for clinics, and optimizing the customer journey to create sustainable growth in the B2B vertical.Strategy Development:Design and execute marketing strategies aimed at acquiring clinics and healthcare professionals as B2B customers.Create segmented campaigns and messaging tailored to clinic managers and healthcare decision-makers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with sales goals and product launches.Campaign Management:Develop automated workflows for lead nurturing using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.Implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign performance and ROI.Content and Collateral Creation:Oversee the creation of B2B-focused marketing assets, including brochures, white papers, webinars, and case studies.Work closely with the content team to develop materials that highlight the value of Doctoralia’s solutions for clinics.Performance Tracking and Analysis:Track campaign performance metrics, analyze lead generation funnels, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.Monitor customer behavior and market trends to refine marketing approaches and improve engagement.Stakeholder Collaboration:Act as the main liaison between the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and conversion goals.Work with the product team to communicate value propositions effectively to clinic customers.**Qualifications****Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.**Experience**:5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or tech industries.Proven track record of executing successful lead generation campaigns.Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).Expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Proficiency in campaign tracking tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and B2B marketing best practices.Nice to Have:Start-up experiencePaid media experience**Additional Information**- Prestaciones de Ley + Superiores- 22 días de vacaciones- Día de cumpleaños compensatorio- Totalpass y Descuentos con Ticketmaster- Vales de despensa- Seguro de gastos médicos y seguro de vida- Plan de acciones de la compañía- Clases de ingles con costo preferencial- Esquema hibrido de Lunes a Viernes
