Requisition ID: 32618- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager, _The employee will be part of the RAC RD&E organization and will report to the Senior Engineering Manager in Mexico Site._**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Organise, develop, lead, and motivate product engineering team of 4-8 persons.- Facilitate teamwork.- Make product acceptance decisions.- Work with stretch targets, encourage and coach team members.- Alignment with projects and allocation of highly requested resources.- Ensuring that customer, safety, and industry requirements are met and verified in all products.- Plan and execute team meetings and workshops according to Danfoss guidelines.- Plan and prepare risk mitigation.- Run projects due new variants, savings or improving on quality on components, with the fulfilment according to target of the efficiency on achievement closing day.- Facilitate structured problem solving.- Engineering support to other areas regarding PDM, drawings, materials, test result evaluation.**Background & Skills**:- Bachelor or similar education with a technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.- 2 years or more leading people.- Practical experience with mechanical design and product development for industrial customers.- Practical experience with projects for industrial customers.- English Advanced**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
