Gomez Vazquez International is seeking your talentAs part of the GVI team, you will collaborate in creating and managing current and future global strategies to maintain a highly engaged and skilled team in a wellness and development-oriented environment.**Requirements**:- 15+ project management experiences- Knowledge of building architecture.- Ensure the firm’s quality standards on each architectural Project.- Establishes and maintains on-going client relationships with the various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems.- Design innovative, profitable and aesthetic architectural projects that exceed the expectations of our clients and our firm.- Responsible for leading all phases of the design process with a high level of proficiency and expertise while adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and living design.- Effectively manage the development of assigned projects and the resources available to ensure timely compliance with the commitments agreed upon with the client and applicable regulations.- Full responsibility for managing all aspects of projects to ensure efficient execution within scope and budget.- Manages project teams, fosters collaboration, demonstrates strong and effective communication and direction which inspires high team performance, design ideas, and successful project delivery.- Accountable for complete and timely communication of project information to and from clients and project team.- Provides on-going communication through team meetings, minutes, and memos to project team.- Communicates with clients, consultants, contractors, sub-consultants, and other disciplines to ensure effective communication.- Monitors construction administration during the construction phase.- Understands and responds to technical implications and design decisions.- Participates in marketing opportunities and develops successful client relationships for continuing business.- Controls risk management by monitoring client issues and technical issues in a timely manner to minimize liability.- Reviews work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and for document compliance in accordance with the Project Delivery Manual.- Coordinates staffing resources with Operations Director.+- Building codes- Preliminary design studies- Contract documents- Field measurements- Life safety requirements- Specifications- Construction contract administration- Project kickoff and closeout- Advanced Revit, micros, archicad- Adobe Suite- Advanced knowledge of 2D/3D Production Software- Grasshopper**Frequently Used Software**:- Microsoft Office 360- Project- Conceptual modeling tools such as Rhino, Sketch Up, Revit- Primavera- Diagramas de gantt- Acrobat- Desing review- Sharepoint- Vault, A 360- Presentation Tools (InDesign,, etc.)- Autocad- Advance acknowledge BIM**PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR CURRENT PORTFOLIO AND WORK SAMPLES IN PDF FORMAT**- **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU**_**Find us here**:Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 al mesPrestaciones:- Seguro de vidaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anual- Bono trimestralEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- AutoCAD: 7 años (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
