**Vacante para la empresa Nex en Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México**:Credit Coordinator for a Chemical Company.Position Overview:Key Responsibilities:- **Credit Assessment and Analysis**: Conduct in-depth analyses of client creditworthiness, establishing credit policies based on thorough financial research and reports.- **Accounts Receivable Management**: Continuously monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely follow-up on payments and negotiating with clients to optimize debt recovery.- **Collections Strategies**: Design and implement effective collections strategies to maximize recovery and reduce the aging of outstanding accounts.- **Client Relations**: Maintain proactive communication with clients to resolve billing disputes and ensure a consistent payment flow.- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable status and credit risk to support strategic decision-making.- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Collaborate with sales and finance teams to adjust credit limits, payment terms, and other financial policies.- **KPI Analysis**: Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and continuously improve the effectiveness of the credit and collections area.**Requirements**:- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within the chemical or related industries.- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong expertise in credit analysis, collections policies, and client negotiation techniques.- **ERP Proficiency**: Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP, Oracle, or others) and financial analysis tools.- **Advanced Excel**: High proficiency in creating financial reports and data analysis.This role offers a significant opportunity to impact the company’s financial stability and growth by implementing robust credit management practices.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Logística / Transporte**Industria**:Plásticos
