**Horario**:Lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 18:00 hrs o de 08:00 a 17:00 hrs

**Objetivo General del Puesto**:
Promover la cobranza oportuna de toda la cartera nacional e internacional a nível regional, y generar análisis financiero de clientes internacionales para gestionar líneas de crédito vigentes o nuevas.

**Responsabilidades Principales**:

- Gestionar diariamente la cobranza de clientes nacionales e internacionales.
- Mantener actualizada la información financiera en CRM y sistemas como Forseva.
- Asegurar un flujo de efectivo óptimo.
- Revisar líneas de crédito vencidas y atender solicitudes de crédito.
- Control total del proceso de gestión de cobro (DSO).
- Apoyar en liberación de pedidos con base en análisis financiero.
- Generar reportes semanales de cartera y reportes mensuales de cuentas vencidas (+90 días).
- Obtener referencias comerciales de clientes nuevos.
- Fungir como respaldo en liberación de pedidos cuando sea requerido.

**Requisitos**:

- **
Escolaridad**:Licenciatura y/o carrera técnica, MBA o afín.
- ** Idiomas**:Inglés intermedio (requisito indispensable).
- ** Experiência**:Mínimo 3 años en áreas de crédito y cobranza, finanzas, contabilidad o administración, preferentemente en la industria plástica.
- ** Conocimientos**:Interpretación de estados financieros, análisis numérico, manejo de ERP BPM y paquetería Office.
- ** Habilidades clave**:Negociación, liderazgo, comunicación asertiva, servicio al cliente, sensibilidad comercial, organización y trabajo en equipo.
