Our mission is simple - to bring supply and demand much closer together through intelligent data analytics, automated workflow, and continuous process improvements.**Role Description**This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Operations Specialist in our Mexico City office. The Customer Service Operations Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with customer service operations including handling customer inquiries and issues, measuring and improving customer satisfaction, and developing and implementing service strategies that optimize the customer experience.As a Customer Service Operations Specialist, you will- Manage operations of shipment pick up and deliveries- Learn the company’s system to be able to provide services and communicate effectively with stakeholders- Maintain operations standard operating procedures and templates- Solve day-to-day issues related to various stakeholders- Train carriers/drivers, customers’ operations personnel including receiver’s warehouse staff- Work with carriers/truck drivers, customers’ operations personnel, and receivers’ warehouse staff- Manage collection and delivery of documentationWe’re looking for someone who has:- Knowledge of last mile logistics processes- Experience in industries with high logistics component such as 3PL, retail and manufacturing- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills- Critical thinking, problem-solving and attention to details skills- Project management skills preferred- Flexible thinking, including the ability to pivot and try new approaches when faced with challenges- Planning and documentation skills- Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously- Experience with KPIs and operational data analysis- Experience with MS 365 suite of products- Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals- Strong ownership, bias for action, and willingness to roll-up your sleeves to get the job done- Good written and verbal Spanish communication skills plus able to communicate in English preferred- Experience in a B2B environment with unique and varied customer needs- Good organization, flexibility, and reliability to deal with different customers’ needs**Benefits**:- Opportunities for advancement- Employee stock options- Competitive compensation packages and benefits**Experience**:- supply chain: 3 years (preferred)- customer service: 5 years (required)Work Location: In person
