We’re looking for a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team and guide the customer experience with Printful.****As a customer support specialist, you will**:**Make our customers feel seen and heard with prompt, accurate, kind, and responsive replies****Printful customers need help with a variety of challenges including setting up their store, using our tools, managing their orders, and promoting their businesses. Our Customer Support Specialists help them with all of this and more.****A Printful Customer Support Specialist must**:**Have previous experience in online Customer Support****Have excellent command of spoken and written English****Be helpful, responsible, and precise****Have a positive working attitude****Be cool and collected under pressure while corresponding with customers****Be able to focus on multiple tasks and divide their attention accordingly
