With an expert team and variable cost structure, we increase the probability of success while building valuable, sustainable, and marketable professional services firms.The Launch Box is seeking a highly motivated and proactive **Salesforce Business Analyst** to join our latest client - an exciting new Salesforce advisory and implementation firm; a cross-cloud Salesforce partner with a focus on crafting a digital journey that enhances customer, user, and IT experiences.**_ What You Will Do:_**- Collaborate with the Scrum Team and Product Owner to groom user stories, track the day-to-day progress of sprint execution, identify and resolve team impediments, and be responsible for driving the quality of solution output by the team.- Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices.- Support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance and Helpdesk Operations.- Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues.- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scope.- Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment.- Independently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scope.- Documentation is necessary and should be well aware of contributing to user stories, test scripts, training materials.**_ Your knowledge, skills, and abilities: _**- University graduate.- +3 years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience.- Experience working with teams to deliver in Agile project environments.- Experience working independently with mínimal supervision and guidance.- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment.- Must have contributed to at least one major Salesforce project from discovery to go-live.- Gather functional requirements, document them in user stories, and ensure correct configuration by the development team.- Ability to work closely with the client members of the team and SMEs.- Declarative customization including the creation of Flow, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards.- com Agile Scrum Management.- Ability to perform functional testing and create product roadmaps.- Salesforce certifications are a plus.- Advanced English level (**Only Resumes in English will be considered**)**_ Why The Launch Box? _**We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for our team.
