alboalbo is a leading fintech company offering financial products to individuals and SME’s with the mission to bring financial freedom to everyone everywhere.About the roleAs our Commercial Operations Analyst, you’ll implement sales operations initiatives and manage new and current VIP accounts. We are looking for a problem-solving and energetic professional to help us grow our customer base.What you’ll be doing at albo:- Implement sales operations initiatives.- Oversee the implementation of new accounts.- Solve time-sensitive sales pain points to get deals across the line.- Manage existing VIP accounts and assist with new account creations.- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of sales implementation in regular reports.- Manage projects related to sales optimization processes derived from onboarding implementation with customers.- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.- Partner closely with albo product team to iterate solutions to drive product strategy aligned with strategic partner needs.- Develop customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand a prospect’s business objectives.- Monitor and manage client expectations and perception pre and post-product delivery.- Provide comprehensive operational support to the sales organization, including but not limited to account and opportunity management and support case responses.- Become an expert in albo products.
